FREE Fall Run Program
Team BBMC is excited to again offer our FREE run program to the public. Fall is the perfect season to run and our program is the ideal way to make the most of it.
You'll have a coach who provides workouts, helps with your form, pushes you, and answers your questions. Plus, you'll run with a great group of people in a positive environment to hold you accountable—what's not to love?
Our program stands out because like most of our public offerings, it's completely FREE. We also offer a variety of training sessions and a few timed 5K events for those who aren't racing but want a goal to work towards.
We will have runners training for our 5k event that is a part of the program, the Madison Half Marathon, California International Marathon and more.

WHAT ARE THE PROGRAM DATES ?
The program runs from the week of September 22nd through the week of - November 3rd.
WHEN HELD, WHAT DAY & WHAT TIME DO WE RUN ?
Tuesday @ 6:00 pm (30-45' non-coached social run)
Thursday @ 6:00 pm (45-60' speed workout)
Sunday @ 7:30 am (60-90' longer trail run)
CAN YOU GIVE A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM ?
The program will offer a variety of workouts that on most weeks will include a Tuesday social run, a Thursday speed run and Sunday longer trail run. All abilities are welcome !!
Generally speaking there will be workouts geared towards the events mentioned above. We will adjust the workouts as needed for athlete goals and ability.
Our workout structure will generally be a warm-up, dynamic/functional movements (and with form coaching), a main-set for some and then cooldown. Tuesday workouts will many times have a little social component after we are done (depending on location and weather).

You can find the BBMC run calendar HERE. The calendar will have locations and key details to know. You can expect the details for the program to be filled in about a week before we start and updated before the beginning of each week (as needed).

DO I HAVE TO COME EVERY WEEK OR EVERY DAY?
No! Come for some or come for all, no obligation, whatever works for you. That said, the more you come, the more you will get out of it.
